This isn’t your average car show. Roadkill Nights is a full-blown horsepower festival that takes over the legendary Woodward Avenue for a day of street-legal drag racing, thrill rides, a massive car show, and a deep dive into all things Dodge performance.

From Parking Lot to Powerhouse

What began in MotorTrend Presents Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge in the parking lot of the old Pontiac Silverdome has grown into a nationally recognized celebration of American car culture.

 

Over the past decade, Roadkill Nights has become Dodge’s biggest enthusiast event — and this year, it’s pulling out all the stops to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

 

Dodge CEO Matt McAlear says it best: “We’re bringing street-legal drag racing back to where it belongs — right on Woodward Avenue.”

 

Downtown Pontiac will once again transform into a high-octane playground where thousands of fans gather to celebrate performance, nostalgia, and next-gen muscle.

 

 

Dodge Direct Connection Grudge Race Goes “Outlaw”

One of the event’s biggest draws is the Direct Connection Grudge Race. Now in its fifth year, the 2025 edition introduces a new “Outlaw” format.

 

Six social media-savvy builders will go head-to-head using parts from Dodge’s official performance brand, Direct Connection. No brand restrictions, no fluff — just raw creativity and speed.

 

Competitors include a wide range of personalities:

 

• Demi Bagby brings athletic fire and will pilot a 1987 Grand National.
• Garrett Dobbs sticks with Mopar muscle in his 2005 Dodge Magnum.
• Morgan Evans, the reigning champ, returns in her 1987 Dodge D150.
• Hooligan Brothers arrive with a Fox Body Mustang and a need for chaos.
• Deshown “BoostedLuckey” Luckey enters with a turbocharged Jeep Grand Cherokee.
• John O’Malley brings a 2000 Dodge Viper to the fight.
