With online car shopping, you’re about to make a major purchase, and we want you to be completed satisfied.  Customer service is our top priority. You can read some of our online reviews here. Our group of dealerships has thousands of online reviews.

We’re happy to send you personalized walk-around videos to answer your questions, or to give you a closer look at the vehicle and/or any of its features that interest you. We’ll send you more pictures if you like.

If you have a vehicle to trade-in, we’ll video chat with you, and you can send us a video walkaround of your vehicle, so that we can estimate your appraisal value. Unique Chrysler can serve you 100% virtually to help you choose the best vehicle, and to protect your vehicle, and your credit.

We offer a variety of products to protect your vehicle, such as extended service contracts and rust protection.  We also offer products to protect your credit with financial coverage in the event of loss of income. So many of us are currently experiencing this temporary loss of employment, but we have a credit centre to help you, regardless of your financial situation.

To arrange for a car loan or lease, please apply for pre-approval here. The entire financing/leasing process can be completed online, and we also have a Finance Manager available to assist you by phone or video chat.

You can buy from Unique Chrysler online with confidence knowing that we offer you a 3-day, 250 km money back guarantee, as well as a 5-day exchange program.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We value your business, and we hope to build long-lasting relationships with all our customers.

This is the criteria for refunds and exchanges:

  • Refund, money back guarantee: You must notify us, in writing (email), of your intent to cancel your purchase within 3 days, or 250 kms, whichever comes first, no later than 5pm EST on the 3rd day from the date of delivery.
  • The vehicle must be in the purchaser’s name as per the paperwork executed prior to delivery. The ownership cannot have been transferred to another person.
  • The vehicle cannot have had any liens or encumbrances registered against it.
  • The vehicle must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you, without any new damage, excessive wear and tear, or modifications.
  • If the vehicle has been in an accident, vandalized, or seriously damaged after your delivery, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We will issue your refund payment as soon as the vehicle passes our inspection.
  • The delivery fee (only charged to those residing more than 200 kms from our dealership) is non-refundable.
  • All the statements above also apply to exchanges. When returning a vehicle for exchange, you must select the replacement vehicle from our inventory.
  • The replacement vehicle chosen for an exchange must be in-stock, available for purchase, and fit your approval criteria, where applicable.
  • You may choose up to (2) two replacement vehicles when making an exchange, but the 2nd vehicle will not qualify for the Money Back Guarantee.
  • Any price difference, when making an exchange, will either be refunded or charged to you, where applicable.

**Car Nation Canada’s contactless delivery procedure:

We’ll deliver your vehicle to your home if you reside within 100 kms from our dealership.  For deliveries outside of this boundary, a non-refundable delivery fee (calculated based on your  exact location) is added to the vehicle purchase contract.  Our delivery preparation service includes complete sterilization and sanitization of the vehicle’s interior and keys to help prevent the spread of any viral or bacterial infections.  After cleansing the vehicle’s interior thoroughly to sanitize all surfaces, we maintain cleanliness of the interior. We do this by covering the steering wheel, transmission shift controller, floor mats, seat, and parking brake with protective covers.

ONLINE ONLY sales are defined as vehicles purchased 100% online. Without having had a test drive prior to purchase, and without having visited the dealership in-person to complete the purchase.  This ONLINE sales policy applies ONLY to those vehicles purchased sight unseen, completely online.
