Disclaimers & CONTEST RULES

1. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of choosing a winner for this contest and will not be sold or used for any other purpose after the expiry of this contest unless your permission is given. Unique Chrysler is dedicated to permission-based marketing and therefore will not use your private information (email, etc.) to send you information that you have not solicited nor will we use it for any other reason other than contacting you for purposes of this contest event.

2. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that Unique Chrysler, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have no liability with respect to any damages that may occur from the acceptance and use of this prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

3. The grand prize is 1 2013 Dodge Dart Mopar Edition new car. The details of the prize will be given at time of award. Some conditions will apply.

4. You must be 18 years of age or older to win. Entry into this contest is automatic upon the purchase of a new or certified pre-owned vehicle from Unique Chrysler from now until June 10 2014. One qualifier per new or certified pre-owned vehicle purchased. Void where prohibited.

6. The contest is open to everyone with the exception of employees of Unique Chrysler, Car Nation Canada and their families, agencies and representatives.

7. No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents.

8. The draw will take place on June 12 2014 at Unique Chrysler at 7:00PM.

9. The successful contestant must be present to claim their prize.

10. All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw, which will be held live in the Unique Chrysler showroom.

11. The winner will be announced via microphone and PA loud and clear. This will be repeated every minute for five minutes

12. Once the successful contestant's name is drawn, they will have exactly 5 minutes to present themselves to the winner's table located in the showroom at Unique Chrysler.

13. The successful contestant must correctly answer a time-limited (90 seconds) skill-testing question in order to win the prize. Thus, this contest is not only based on pure chance, but a combination of chance and skill.

14. The successful customers/contestants must have valid Federal or Provincial government-issued photo identification.

15. Winners will be announced via Twitter, Facebook, UniqueChrysler.Com & CarNationCanada.Com

16. This prize is being provided by Unique Chrysler

17. The successful customer/contestant agree to fully participate in any marketing/promotional events requested by Car Nation Canada and/or The Car Nation Canada Family of Dealerships, including but not limited to, photographs and videos taken of the successful customer/contestants which, will be used for various media including, but not limited to websites, TV and radio advertisements.

18. Approximate value of the prize is $32,000 CDN

19. Approximate odds of winning are 1 in 450.
