New 2015 Chrysler 300 For Sale Burlington

2015 Chrysler 300 Review

The Chrysler 300 is a dependable sedan that resonates exceptionally well with executives and family buyers. That's a difficult balance to strike, so any changes made to the recipe are going to have to be very carefully managed. The 2015 Chrysler 300 is going to have to be very good indeed to be both competitive and attractive to current owners.

As the current model is only three years old, we expect a mid-cycle refresh for the 2015 Chrysler 300. So far we have seen spy shots of the apparent new release and it looks slightly different at the front and rear. A new grille and headlight design looks likely. As Chrysler are changing up their range with sleeker designs, this fits with what we know about brand strategy. Anything else is pure speculation.

The spy shots also show changes to bring the 2015 Chrysler 300 into line with the new 200 with squared-off tailpipes, new bumpers and new rear lights.

On the inside, spies have seen a revised center stack that looks more like the 2015 Dodge Charger than the current 300. That's a good thing in our eyes as it's a much simpler, more logical layout than previous models. We do expect a layer of luxury added on top though.

One of the things we don't expect to change is the engine. The current 3.6-liter Pentastar motor is so strong and so capable, we think it will remain as the base option. At 292 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque, it's more than capable enough to cope with the size of this sedan while deliver great driving performance and acceptable gas mileage.

We also think the 5.8-liter HEMI engine will remain as an option despite rumors that the Chrysler 300 SRT is being dropped as a marque. They are only rumors for now though, so we will have to wait and see.

Whatever engines appear will send power to the rear or all wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission.

While unconfirmed like most of the details we have on this model, the trim levels will probably remain the same. The current Chrysler 300 offers five trims, the 300, 300S, 300C, 300C Luxury Series and 300 Glacier. We don't expect this to change.

The base 300 offers 17 inch alloys, leather interior, heated front seats, dual zone climate control, keyless entry and ignition, folding mirrors, LED interior lighting, Uconnect Touch with Bluetooth and a six-speaker audio system.

The 2015 Chrysler 300 is due to debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2014, so there isn't long to wait before we know for real what to expect. Stay tuned for any updates in the meantime though!
